Notes of Ludborough Parish Council Meeting

5.0 Chairman’s remarks
Cheque was given to be banked for £300 for the sale of logs from the church tree. This is to be donated to Friends of Ludborough.
There is potentially another tree that needs to be cut down.
Are there any events that could be organised in order for villagers to get to know each other.
Discussed a Halloween disco but Taron Lee not available to DJ and unsure if the Livesey Arms could accommodate.
The discussion of a park was again mentioned but there isn’t anywhere to put it. The Parish Council do own a small piece of land but not convenient for it.

Assuming this is going ahead as usual, NS to speak to Agi & Laura at the Livesey Arms.

The gates have now been painted.

Newsletter - Suggestions to be made for the content, aim is to get one out for Autumn.
Tour of Britain - It is coming through Ludborough on September 3rd. Make the village aware in the Whatsapp group.
